All votes counted, but still no official winner in honduras election

It's been a confusing and mysterious procedure. Eight days after an initial vote seemed to favor socialist candidate Salvador Nasralla, the vote turned on it's head to favour incumbent president Juan Orlando Hernandez, who is running for a controversial second term in office.
