Prince George played a sheep in his school nativity

He’s in line for the throne – but Prince George didn’t play one of the Three Kings in his primary school nativity.

Instead, the future monarch was a sheep.

‘I went to my boy’s nativity play,’ Prince William told schoolchildren. ‘It was funny.’

He added: ‘He was a sheep.’

William and Kate spoke to pupils on a visit to BBC’s Bridge House in Media City, Salford, on Wednesday.

The couple attended a ‘stepping out’ session – a focus group for children to give feedback on new programmes to children’s TV producers and editorial staff.
