Chelsea could only draw at home to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday as they missed out on top spot, meaning they progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League only as runners-up.

Saul Niguez put the visitors ahead at Stamford Bridge though the Blues clawed their way back through an own goal from Stefan Savic after great work from Eden Hazard.
